ABOUT ZALEWSKI PERFORMANCE
Zalewski Performance helps young hockey players develop the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to thrive in today’s game. Built on experience from a ten-year professional hockey career, training is designed around strong skating foundations, enhanced puck play, and learning to see the game with clarity and awareness. Sessions are intentionally structured to meet players where they are, encouraging creativity while building habits that lead to safer, more confident play. The goal is simple: develop well-rounded athletes who love the game and grow as players and teammates.

Coaching Services
Where young athletes learn to move better, think smarter, and play with confidence.
Small Group Sessions
Small-group sessions focus on developing skating and puck-handling skills. A strong skating foundation gives kids the confidence to explore their creativity and play brave with the puck. Learning to play with their heads up builds on-ice awareness — improving decision-making, playmaking, and the ability to avoid contact, which is key to staying safe and confident throughout their hockey journey.
Clinics
Clinics combine dynamic off-ice training to improve coordination and athleticism with on-ice skill work and small-area games that build skating, puck-handling, and game sense. Players learn and compete in a team environment that fosters communication, teamwork, and fun. Each session is designed so players leave feeling more confident, creative, and empowered — both as athletes and as people.

My
Story
Growing up in New Hartford, NY, I fell in love with the game of hockey at a young age. This passion and pure love for the sport fueled me through the ups and down of my hockey career and continues to fuel me as my journey continues. Following 10 years of professional hockey, I retired from playing in 2023 and my focus has now shifted. My passion now is giving back to the next generation of athletes. A Journey through any sport is complicated and my goal is to help athletes of all ages navigate the physical and mental challenges, helping them find their own unique flow on and off the ice as they grow into confident athletes and people.
